The Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli d'Imola, a food and wine route established in 2000, will lead you along an itinerary that winds through the hills and valleys of the rivers Santerno, Sillaro, and Sellustra. The area is rich in natural beauty spots such as the gypsum ridge at Parco della Vena del Gesso.
